The boat for sale is a handmade brand new 12 ft Passagemaker – rowing version - made from Mahogany and Teak. All building material is laminated and sealed with Epoxy/Resin. Haul and bottom are reinforced with fiberglass. Benches (3) and bulkheads are heavily varnished. Hull paint is Hatteras-off-white marine Interlux Polyreuthene. The sailing version adds a mast, boom, center dagger-board, rudder, tiller, rigging, jib- and mainsail and costs an additional $1,200.-- installed. Included in the selling price are heavy duty rubber floor protection, bow and stern dock-lines, Attawood fishing rod holders, four Coast Guard life west’s, bronze oar lock and oar lock holders, a pair of handmade spruce oars with leather collars, anchor, anchor chain and 50 ft anchor road, collapsible drink holders, bilge pump, bow and stern port holes. This is a very rugged, very handy and extremely beautiful boat. Yet it only weights 90 lbs but easily carries 4 adults or a payload of 650 lbs. It makes for a perfect tender to a larger boat, an easy to launch picnic/fishing boat or can be used as a perfect daysailer to teach anyone the art of boating or sailing.
